Lead time:
From two weeks to 1,5 months.
I'll let you know if it takes more time due to external problems, like tablet broke, illness, etc.If you need a finished drawing at a certain time, please let me know.

Commission workflow:
1. During the established time I send you colored sketch - you approve/make changes/give feedback or a better art direction on your idea (no more than 2 cardinal changes from the originally established idea).2. After sketch approval you can only make a few minor changes. I can send you WIPs of your commission if you ask.
If you still need extra edits, I'll ask for additional payment.3. When a picture is completed the commissioner will receive a high quality png. On this step you can only make edits if something was done wrong because of my mistake.4. I reserve the right to use my concept sketches for other purposes if for whatever reason the commission is cancelled.5. You may upload it to any page/gallery you wish. I will be very grateful if you credit/link back to my original post/account.
You must be 18 or older to commission me, I don't take responsibility for under-age lying about it
Payment:
I accept payment via Paypal (I do invoices) or Boosty/Hipolink/Lavatop. Full prepayment or sometimes payment plan.I will not start working on a commission/YCH before receiving payment.

Refunds:
Full refunds are not available once I've started with your commission, any progress will be deducted from the refund.If artwork is done at 50%+, refunds are not available anymore.
Commercial:
You are allowed to use your picture for Non-Commercial use only. If you want to buy Commercial Usage Rights please ask for a quote.
Permissions:
I reserve the full rights to my artwork (use, publish, re-post, process streams, Boosty, etc.). Credit for your character/s will be visible on the artwork or/and in the description.
If you want your commission to remain private, please let me know.
I reserve the right to alter these terms, any changes made will not affect clients who have agreed to previous terms.
